Here's a story about this Steam Locomotive.
This Steam Loco is a Hall Class 4-6-0 No. 7906 Fron Hall.
Seen here on Shrewsbury MPD during 1964 in company with the Class 52 Western Diesel Hydraulic. Fron Hall was designed by Hawksworth and built at Swindon Works in December 1949. Its last allocation was Oxford from where it was withdrawn in March 1965 and scrapped at Swindon Works 2 months later.
