Here's a story about these Steam Locomotives.
These Steam Locos are Manor Class 4-6-0 No. 7818 Granville Manor and No. 6853 Morehampton Grange.
2 for the price of one now as we take a peep into Shrewsbury Shed MPD in 1963. The first is No. 7818 built for the GWR at Swindon Works in January 1939 and withdrawn from Tyseley in January 1965 being scrapped at Cashmores Great Bridge 3 months later. The second is No. 6853 built for the GWR at Swindon Works in November 1937 and withdrawn from Tyseley in October 1965 after which it was cut up at Cohens of Kettering 5 months later.
