This Steam Loco is an Ivatt 2-6-2T No. 41220.
Seen at Stockport Edgeley in 1965 is light duty workhorse. Ivatt designed 2-6-2T. This particular engine is fitted for push and pull work. It was built at Crewe Works in October 1948. withdrawn from Stockport Edgeley in November 1966 and scrapped at Cashmores of Great Bridge in June of the following year.
