An ČD Nostalgie Retro Train pulled by an Czech 🇨🇿 built T435 Class Diesel switcher is seen sitting next to platform one in Břeclav, awaiting for it's departure time to Znojmo farther west of the mentioned city 🚂 The passenger cars behind the switcher are pre war built Tatra Cars that were supposed to go in pairs with the famous Tatra M1 Railbuses. A few days after this photo was taken, the same train derailed on a section of the line near Znojmo. The cause of the derailment was the terrible condition of the ties on the section beyond Břeclav, and heavy freight trains run on this line, even with double traction.
